3. Order confirm
sign contract, advanced payment.
4. Mass production
Sales Manager will arrange workshop processing production after received advanced payment.
5. Quality control
Workshop finish production and quality testing on time with requested quality standard.
6. Packing
Provide most durable wooden case, water proof packing in container.
7. Shippment
By sea, by air or small quantity suggest UPS, FEDEX or DHL. Or as request.
8. Delivery and after sale service

Rule of Samples?
1. Lead Time: 2 or 3 working days for white mock-up samples; 5 or 6 working days for color samples (customized
design) after artwork approval.
2. Sample Set-up Fee:
1). It's free for all for a regular customer
2). for new customers, 100-200usd for color samples, it is fully refundable when order confirmed.
